At Market Surfaces, we understand that clients have varying needs and wants for their upcoming project. In order to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, we work with  our clients to make sure their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded.

The first step towards your dream kitchen or bathroom begins with contacting one our sales representatives who will guide you through the material selection process. Once materials are chosen, we can provide you with an estimate for your project within 24 hours. This estimate will provide you with a general idea of the cost of your project.

Once you have approved of our estimate, you can be scheduled for template. A template is a detailed measure and outline of your space that allows for your new counter tops to fit tightly. Please be sure to clear all items from your existing counter top or space prior to template in order to allow our technician to quickly and precisely outline your project space.

After your template has been processed, you will receive a quote which will reflect the final cost of your project. Upon approval of our quote, a 50% deposit is due in order for your project to be scheduled for installation.

Installation typically takes place 5-10 business days after your template has been processed. While most installations take 3-5 hours, we ask that our clients be free on the day of installation in order to prevent any schedule conflicts, should your project take longer than expected. At time of installation please be sure to have your faucet and cook top on-site to ensure proper fit.  The remaining balance is due at time of installation.
